Rural Lamar County. Well and septic is normal, which raises the separation distances that apply.
Lumberton
Southern Lamar County, lower and wetter, where water table depth does the deciding.
Brooklyn
Southern Forrest County near the national forest. Remote lots, long service runs.
Richburg
Unincorporated Forrest County with a mix of older and recent systems.
Rawls Springs
Northwest of the city, on acreage, effectively all private treatment.
